Sheila is known for her loyalty, integrity, and willingness to help anyone who needs it — no matter the time, place, or circumstance. As a single mom who worked multiple jobs, she understands the challenges Muskogee families face and what it takes to keep moving forward.
Sheila has lived her entire life in Oklahoma and has deep roots in Muskogee. She believes in community, accountability, and neighbors helping neighbors — the values that make Muskogee special.
Now she’s ready to bring those values to City Hall.
